Taking a closer look at its leading trade partners:

    Exports rose 862.75 percent to $132.32 million. Imports fell 19.92 percent to $1.31 billion.
  • Trade with No. 2 United Kingdom rose 17.5 percent to $1.18 billion.
    Exports rose 6.5 percent to $649.28 million. Imports rose 34.64 percent to $526.88 million.
  • Trade with No. 3 Brazil rose 23.65 percent to $929.53 million.
    Exports rose 10.05 percent to $614.79 million. Imports rose 63 percent to $314.74 million.
  • Trade with No. 4 Germany fell 0.3 percent to $810.51 million.
    Exports rose 22.92 percent to $366.31 million. Imports fell 13.73 percent to $444.2 million.
  • Trade with No. 5 The Netherlands rose 2.04 percent to $545.74 million.
    Exports rose 3.58 percent to $405.47 million. Imports fell 2.17 percent to $140.27 million.

    • Taps, valves for pipes fell 6.88 percent compared to last year to $340.03 million.
    • Computer chips rose 44.88 percent compared to last year to $241.67 million.
